Five role families, one register

Every family below is held as its own segment in each of the fourteen countries we cover, with its own census. We run the same search method for all five. What changes between them is the people, the pools, and the prices.

05

Risk, Credit & Treasury

Market and trading risk, counterparty credit, collateral, margin and clearing, plus treasury, funding, market access, and trading operations. These sit closer to the desk in power than in most markets, and the people who can hold all three at once are countable.

What we place across all five

Permanent hires from analyst to head. Leadership mandates for people who have built the function before. And market mapping when you want to see the pool before you create the seat.

How every search runs

The role is tightened against the desk. The register is queried for everyone who does the job in your markets.

The shortlist is drawn from that map, with notice, compensation and move appetite settled before the first name reaches you. From there, one person runs approach, interviews, offer and notice through to the start date.

Common questions

Hiring FAQs

01

How quickly will I see a first shortlist?

For a defined brief, we work to two weeks. The census comes first, so you will know the realistic timeline before the search starts.

02

What if the role is hard to fill in my home market?

Hard briefs start with research. We map the market and the adjacent pools and set out the trade-offs before you pick a route.

What good looks like

People move in this market; that is the market. The test we set is that no one you hire through us leaves because the match was wrong.

Hiring into any of the five?

Tell us the role and the market. We will come back with who is out there, who could move, and what it would take.
